Industrie Music will ship your purchase to any corner of Australia, with all products under 10kg automatically qualifying for our Free Shipping option.

For items over 10kg, the additional freight fee will be displayed in your shopping cart. The amount will vary according to the weight of the item and shipping destination within Australia.

How will my order be shipped?
Orders will be shipped using regular Auspost eParcel (or courier service) Couriers Please, Fastway, TNT. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.

If you have any delivery instructions/requests please leave a note in the comments at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate you.

To ensure your items are delivered safely; we require signature on delivery. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the Auspost courier will leave a calling card and the parcel will be taken to your local post office. (other courier leave a calling card to notify you that delivery was attempted.) (Re-delivery charges apply)

Please not Industrie Music will not deliver to unattended addresses/PO Box's. Please make sure that someone will be home to accept the delivery.


Orders are ussually dispatched directly from our warehouse’s in Sydney, Melbourne, QLD and WA. Most orders are sent via a tracked service. Some orders may be dispatched directly from our supplier in order to shorten delivery time - Please allow up to 4 days for dispatch and 2-8 working days for delivery.

How quickly will you ship my order?
For items in stock, dispatch will be within 1-4 working days and delivery times will vary based on your location. For out of stock items we will contact you within 24 to 48 hours to let you know the estimated delivery time. If your order is urgent we recommend contacting us before placing your order so that we can give you an ETA.

Express eParcel
Australia Post guarantees next (business) day delivery service between all capital cities except Darwin and Perth. Click here for more information about Auspost Express exclusions. Standard Handling times of 1 to 4 Business day's still apply.

Shipping Inquiries

Please note that Industrie Music is not a Courier Service, Therefore Industrie Music has no control over delivery times once an order has been collected from our warehouse or supplier wearhouse. We storgly advise you contact the couriers directly should there be a delay in reciveing your item. as this is the fastest approach. 

Shipping Insurance
All products are insured against damage caused while in transit from Industrie Music to the customer only. They are not insured if they are simply lost or stolen. This includes packages that have been left at a property on request (without signature) so we strongly recommend having your items shipped to a work address if no one will be home to sign for the package.

Items damaged in transit

DO NOT sign for a package if you suspect it is damaged. Signing for an item means it has been received in good order, and any damage is no longer the courier's responsibility. If your item is damaged, you must call us (02 8123 4080) or email us (admin@industriemusic.com.au) to notify us within 24 hours, so we can help you best. Please include your name, address, items ordered and a brief description of the apparent damage. All items will be assessed by us on a case by case basis.

Delivery Delays
Unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in dispatching your order we will contact you within 24 hours to advise you of the reason for the delay. If you need your item(s) urgently we recommend contacting us before making an order to check whether the items are readily available.

Returns Policy

Information about our return policy.
Items may be returned within 28 days from the delivery date for a refund, exchange or credit. Items that have been opened may be accepted back at our discretion, however a 30% restocking fee will apply. For more information about our returns policy see the information below.

28 Day Easy Returns
We want you to be totally happy with the products you purchase from Industrie Music. If at any time within 28 days of receiving your order, you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund, exchange or credit. Items that have been opened may be accepted back at our discretion, however a restocking 30% fee will apply. Any items damaged due to reasons not covered under warranty cannot be accepted back for refund under our 28 Day Easy Returns policy. It's the customer's responsibility to get the purchase back to us and associated shipping fees are not refundable and will be deducted from the sale price.

faulty gear?
If the product you have purchased from Industrie Music has a manufacturing fault, Industrie Music will facilitate the repair or replacement under the warranty provided by the Australian distributor of that product. If the item is DOA (dead on arrival) or develops a fault that is covered by the warranty within 28 days from the delivery date we will replace the item immediately with a new one.

When starting out with any new piece of technology, it is of utmost importance that you read the manual and setup instructions to ensure you understand how to properly and safely operate your gear. Commonly we find that equipment is not faulty but rather is being incorrectly used, so please be sure to check the basics before returning your gear:

What next?
Once Industrie Music has received your information, we will contact you with advice on where to send your product to be repaired, whether that is Industrie Music or a local repair centre.

Please Note: The customer is responsible for freight back to us or to the local repairer.

Most distributors require that any units repaired under warranty must have a proof of purchase, so hold into your receipt and keep it safe.

Industrie Music does not accept liability for returned goods damaged in transit, so pack your returned goods carefully. Always keep original boxes for your equipment so you can safely move or send your unit for repair. If you do need to send the unit back without the original packaging, make sure it is packed and padded securely as damage can occur to poorly packaged returns.

Sheet Music, Reference Books, Gift Cards & Manuscript
Industrie Music will not refund or exchange Sheet Music reference books & Manuscript for change of mind so please choose your items carefully. If your item is found to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect, Industrie Music will gladly refund or exchange your item. Items found to be faulty due to misuse will not qualify for a replacement. Our refund policies are in-line with the Australian Consumer Law. For more information please visit the NSW Fair trading.

Order Cancellations.
If you wish to cancel you order after you have placed it online, you will be charged 30% of your total order or 30% of the item you wish to cancel.

Consumer guarantees do not apply if you:

  • got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it
  • misused a product in any way that caused the problem
  • knew of or were made aware of the faults before you bought the product
  • asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business or were unclear about what you wanted
