Caparison Horus-M3 CC Courtney Cox Signature, Every Caparison guitar is handmade by our master craftsmen, using intelligent design that’s based on the experience of world class, professional musicians.

We have been building electric guitars and basses since 1995, always with the finest quality materials and your requirements at heart.

The total package is everything to us: stability, tone, playability, reliability and aesthetics. At Caparison Guitars we want to build you an instrument that, from the hand-applied colours to the unique fingerboard inlays, feels like it was made specifically for you.

Using the best woods, pickups and application of finishes, we ensure the functionality and aesthetics that would traditionally be reserved for custom instruments is applied to every one of our creations. At Caparison Guitars no detail is too small.

The Courtney Cox Signature Horus-M3 CC is based on the legendary Caparison Horus-M3 with some subtle but, effective modifications and built to shred! Featuring a luxurious 5-piece maple and walnut neck, which has been strengthened in order to deepen the neck joint heel cut giving superb access to the higher frets.

The Caparison M3 composite tone wood body construction consists of a central Maple section sandwichedbetween two Mahogany sides with the neck bolted directly to the Maple section. The result is a balanced sound with focused low frequencies and rich sustain.

The robust Schaller S-FRT II floating tremolo has been modified with an Original Floyd Rose “Fat” Brass Blockalong with Heavy Duty noiseless springs to add mass and sustain, while increasing warmth and clarity simultaneously with a vintage sound and feel. The bridge has also been modified with Original Floyd Rose Titanium string lock insert blocks and Stainless Steel saddle mounting screws for ultimate durability and tonal

The Horus-M3 CC comes complete with a combination of a Caparison SH-27F pickup in the neck position, and a Caparison PH-bc in the bridge position. Offering a full and accurate sound, with nice clean, clear, crisp highs. Full and thick low tones. Able to handle big chords and still be clear enough to hear every note.

HORUS M3 CC by Caparison

This model is by no means the T O T Range but it does have some desirable inclusions the Floyd Fat Block Brass thing, heavy duty springs and some sustaining rust resistant string lock things...all this adds up to one meaty article ! The finish is flawless, the colour sucketh big time, the set up( intonation, action ) is pure freekin bliss...all the harmonics squeal in all the right places and way up in high octave never never land its still articulate ! I usually replace pick ups and have the frets filed... but not this time, its only got 3 positions( thank fuk ) so sick of push push coil tap in between bollocks, great for studio stuff but live on the fly...really ? The vol nob seems to have 2 actions, subtle stratty/les paul sensitivity and then loadsa roar when turned up to 11. I've had it going through a mesa/2 marshall cabs live and then through an AXE FX 2 for recording, am still discovering its different tones etc...WORTH EVERY CENT ! I originally wanted the Caparison Applehorn 6 with True temperament fretting:discontinued.....,shape the same but looks freekin rychus. to hear someone ring every last possibility out of a Caparison.... check out.. ' Freak Guitar ' Mattias IA Eklundh ( ps-4 stars ?..I love sustainers ) cheers L C.

Great piece of equipment

Awesome little piece of equipment. Works great with logic pro x and looks great on the desk. I wanted to have at least 1 "slider" in my home studio, and very glad I chose the PreSonus. Very easy to set up (once I read the instructions haha) and straight forward to use.
