How do I create an account?
You can create an account at any time by clicking the “Login” button at the top, right-hand side of any page. Otherwise you will be prompted to register a new account at the beginning of your check out process.

Do you have everything I'm ordering in stock?
No! Stock levels are not shown on each product page. all our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, If a product is not in stock in any of our suppliers locations, On the odd occasion there may be an inventory error, in which case we will contact you immediately.

I’ve placed my order online, how long until I get it?
We process online orders at the head office in Sydney, Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm (Sydney Time). Once your order and payment has been approved by the Online Orders team, a picking slip is sent to supplieres with stock of your product for dispatch. This part of the process normally takes 1-3 days maximum; the balance of the time to delivery is determined by your chosen shipping method.

How long do the shipping methods take?
Depending on where you are in Australia will determine how long transit times will be to you. We will email you with a tracking number once your package is dispatched, so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

Unsure of what to purchase, can I speak to someone?
You can call or email or chat via Face book at our head office should you have any questions about your purchase. We are glad to be of assistance before you make your final decision just as if you were in the store with us. Simply email admin@industriemusic.com.au or call 02 8123 4080 (10am to 5pm Monday to Friday).

Can I pick up my online order in store?
Unfortunately orders placed on www.industriemusic.com.au can not be picked up at this time. all order must be shipped and signed for. orders must be sent to the address on the PayPal order. Credit Card, Afterpay, Openpay, Zipmpney.

Can you deliver anywhere in Australia?
Yes, we send orders from our four store and offsite warehouse every weekday. This means you should have your order in the quickest time possible no matter where you are in Australia

Do you deliver on weekends?
We use Australia Post e-Parcel as well as Star Track Express, TNT, Toll Ipec, Fastaway, Couriers Please, for our deliveries. These companies normally deliver on weekdays during business hours. There are sometimes extended delivery hours (including weekends) at Christmas peak-time.

Can all orders be delivered to my home or PO box?
If we are sending your order by Australia Post eParcel or Satchel then yes, for large bulky items a residential, business address is required.

What if my order arrives damaged?
We have got you covered if in the rare occurrence that your order arrives damaged. Just let us know immediately by calling 02 8123 4080 and we will get the issue resolved swiftly for you.

What happens if the courier returns my package to you?
If an order is returned to us we will contact you as soon as possible. If the return is a result of incomplete or incorrect address submitted by you, we will need to charge you for the postage costs before resending.
